Our goal is to deliver innovative services and products in the field of Onsite Waste Management and Energy by working with Australian and global partners to develop and deliver waste-to-energy technologies, including the anaerobic digestion of organic waste and slurry.

Adam Odeh, Managing Director

Adam has over 14 years experience and an extensive background in setting up and operating businesses and networks at regional and national levels. Worked on the development and implementation of multiple projects across multiple sectors involving complex statutory planning, negotiations, and legal challenges.

Mark Clayton, Commercial Environmental Scientist

Mark Clayton is from a commercial and industrial background. Graduated in 1993 from London University (now Imperial) - Wye Agricultural College with an Honours degree. A career commercial environmental scientist, having over 25 years’ experience in providing commercial environmental services and support to a wide range of clients with water and land based projects. He has supported major international programmes for UNDP/EP, UNIDO, World Bank and EU to deliver sustainable solutions in renewable energy, waste recovery, and water treatment. 


 

Bass Slim, Marketing & Communications

Bass has over 14 years of marketing and brand development experience. Bass has extensive experience in researching, planning and implementing marketing programs, the development of new brands, strategic brand management, the development and execution of integrated marketing communications campaigns and sustainable marketing.

Gus Othman, Project Manager

Gus has over 15 years of global diversified industry and management consultancy experience. He led various engagements in strategic planning and implementation, performance enhancement, operation management and program management. He has a proven track record of leading teams through complex and strategic engagements in the public sector, financial services sector, healthcare sector, environmental and the not-for-profit sector.

Ken Baxter, Energy Advisor

Ken is an engineer of over 35 years’ experience. With a focus on energy and greenhouse gas emissions for the past 22 years, Ken has extensive experience in energy management, energy procurement and the planning and implementing of energy projects. For the past 5 years Ken has focused on identifying strategic opportunities in the renewable energy and greenhouse emission reduction areas.

Randi Dissa, Systems Engineer

Randi is an engineer with 17 years experience in senior technical management roles in the construction and manufacturing industries. Randi has wide knowledge in electrical and mechanical installations of industrial machineries, pump stations, service sector equipment, commissioning and running of wastewater and water recycling projects. He has driven energy savings and energy management projects including wind power, solar power and heat transfer energy conservation programs.


 

Peter Jewell, Statutory and Strategic Planning

Peter’s background is in statutory and strategic planning, community consultation, policy development and project management. Peter has over 35 years experience in these roles. He has provided consulting services to local government, not-for-profit bodies, small and large businesses. A significant proportion of services have been supplied in regional Victoria. This work has included acting on behalf of rural and regional Councils including rezoning land to facilitate innovative waste management processes.
